Pack the Product

Ship to Warehouse
Send the package back to our designated fulfillment center using a trackable courier service of your choice; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Quality Check and Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit within 5-7 business days.
